Why do I need an Inspection?

Our qualified Personnel will inspect the property you are offering to purchase and provide you with a detailed report on its structural integrity

Who receives the report?

The report is produced & sent to the client requesting the inspection.

We are happy to forward the report to any other authorised Party (e.g. Real Estate Agent)

How valid are HQAS reports?

HQAS reports are only produced by Qualified Personnel and are highly regarded in the Real Estate Industry as a reliable, unbiased & accurate assessment of the Building Structure.

A detailed assessment of the building, listing items that may require attention as general maintenance, is included at no extra cost.

What are the cost of Inspections?

HQAS has a competitive, standard fee for single and double storey homes.
